The Kitchen Purchasing Process

Coming to Semel Kitchens means making a dream come true.

The dream of a high-quality, innovative, and beautifully designed kitchen that you will enjoy for many years. At Semel, we strive to make the kitchen purchasing process efficient, pleasant, and an unforgettable experience for you.

It is important for you to know that from the purchase process until the installation date, we will go through several stages together, which you will now get to know.

From the very first meeting, you will feel that you have arrived at the right place. You will meet with one of our in-house designers, bringing with you the plans of your home and kitchen space. Based on your needs, the designer will plan your kitchen for you.

At the end of the meeting, you will be presented with renderings and the kitchen plan.

A dream, did we already mention that?

At the end of the meeting, you will be referred to the Complementary Products Department to purchase the appliances, countertop, and sanitary products needed to complete the kitchen plan.

After the final plan is approved, a date will be scheduled for measurements at your home with one of our skilled professionals, in order to verify the dimensions.

In the second meeting, we will present you with the final kitchen plan, which you will sign together with our Engineering Department in order to approve it for production.

During this time, you will prepare the kitchen space in terms of electrical points, plumbing, gypsum ceiling drops, parquet flooring, and more.

Your dream kitchen is beginning to take shape!

So, what happens now?

A delivery and installation date for the kitchen will be coordinated with you by Semel’s professional teams.

Once the installation is complete, we will coordinate a date for measuring and supplying the countertop, as well as for the appliances and sanitary products.

During the month following installation, a Semel installer will visit several more times to carry out final adjustments and finishing touches, so that the kitchen is perfect and to your satisfaction.

You will also receive an explanation from us regarding the usage instructions, warranty, and how to maintain the kitchen on an ongoing basis.
