Cashmere Lacquer and Oak Veneer Kitchen
The kitchen was designed using a combination of cashmere lacquer and oak veneer.
Lacquer is a unique material by Semel Kitchens, offering a stunning paint-like appearance along with high durability.
“About a year ago, two couples who are friends approached me and shared that they had purchased an entire floor in a building in Kiryat Ono. The 400-square-meter floor originally housed a single penthouse with a 400-square-meter terrace.
The plan was to transform it into two penthouses for two families, which meant legally dividing the property into two separate apartments and managing everything that entailed.
We stripped the property down to its bare shell, leaving only the external walls, and rebuilt everything from scratch in just three and a half months.
It was a complex yet incredibly rewarding project, where an empty space was quickly filled with new electrical systems, plumbing, and air conditioning, along with expert artisanal carpentry and beautiful custom furniture, bringing the space to life.”
