White lacquer kitchen combined with metallic elements
“If you can dream it, you can do it.” – Walt Disney
Presented here is a stunning home designed for a couple in their 30s with three young children. He is an American who made Aliyah, and she is a native Israeli — two different mentalities, yet both shared a vision of creating an apartment with a calm and pleasant atmosphere, featuring subtle desert-inspired touches.
According to the original contractor’s plan, the kitchen was too small and unsuitable for a family with three kids.
With creative thinking and to meet the family’s needs, the designer integrated the home’s entrance wall into the kitchen, transforming it into a tall storage wall that includes an integrated fridge and freezer, a storage cabinet for all TV equipment, and even space for decor and a storage drawer for bags, facing the entrance area.
To match the overall design of the home, the kitchen was created with white lacquer fronts combined with metallic accents on the upper cabinet fronts, paired with a travertine stone countertop, all set against a backdrop of calm bleached oak flooring.
