GRAYZ Kitchen with a Smoked Wavy Oak Veneer Island
This home is characterized by a modern style, featuring large openings and materials such as concrete, iron, and brick. The public space was designed with high ceilings, exceeding four meters, giving the area a majestic and impressive appearance.
“It was natural and clear to us that the kitchen should reach all the way up to the ceiling, utilizing the height to integrate systems we wanted to conceal, including the air conditioning for the entire space,” explain the project designers, Dedi and Yafit Reuveni.
The kitchen is a functional, active family space, with the wall of tall cabinets designed to a width of 460 cm, incorporating a 120 cm double refrigerator and two steam ovens by ASKO.
The kitchen was painted with double-sided oven-baked paint in the GRAYZ shade. The tall wall also includes a niche for the sink area, illuminated by a hidden LED light box to provide focused lighting for the workspace.
The island, running parallel in length, was finished with smoked wavy oak veneer to bring warmth and color into the space. It includes the cooking area, ample storage, and a seating zone for casual meals.
