This home was designed for a young family with three sweet little daughters, whom the designers have been accompanying for over two years. The homeowners originally purchased a contractor’s apartment with a small kitchen layout that did not meet the family’s needs. It was important to the mother to have a functional kitchen with plenty of storage space, while also having a kitchen that draws full attention—a striking centerpiece that undoubtedly serves as the heart of the home.
The kitchen was completely redesigned with modern, clean lines, using durable materials built to last for years. The project’s designers chose exclusive lacquer fronts by Semel Kitchens in a Kashmir tone, combined with a dining area clad in natural smoked oak veneer, which adds warmth to the space. This created a seamless flow between the kitchen and dining area through a unique design detail connecting the table to the island.
