“When we were asked to design the model apartment for Rothstein, located in a prestigious area of Tel Aviv near Kikar Hamedina, we immediately knew that the kitchen would be the heart of the space,” explain the project’s designers.
“Our goal was to create a striking yet functional design — one that reflects the desired lifestyle of the property and appeals to a broad range of potential buyers.
The main challenge was achieving a style that would suit diverse tastes.”
The kitchen, positioned at the center of the open-plan space, seamlessly integrates with the living room and dining area.
A wall of tall cabinets was designed to house integrated refrigerators and a concealed cabinet that opens to reveal a work surface with decorative lighting, serving as a stylish coffee station.
The cabinetry continues into the dining area, creating the illusion of a larger space while providing ample storage.
Opposite the cabinets, a functional island was placed, equipped with a sink, cooktop, and seating area.
This layout encourages easy movement and social interaction while cooking.
The kitchen style is modern and elegant, featuring recessed handles and smooth fronts in bleached oak veneer.
The worktop, made from synthetic Dekton stone in soft gray tones, adds a luxurious and warm touch.
Open niches with decorative shelving and light stone-colored partitions complete the look, adding visual interest and depth.
