David Cohen – Architect and Urban Planner
David Cohen holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Córdoba, Argentina.
Over the years, he has won awards in urban planning and gained extensive experience in architectural design, leading a wide range of projects – private, public, and commercial – both in Israel and internationally.
Among his notable achievements, David was part of the design team for the luxury Meier on Rothschild Tower in collaboration with the renowned Richard Meier & Partners Architects.
In 2010, David founded his independent architecture studio, specializing in designing private homes, tailored uniquely to each family – reflecting their style, character, and dynamics.
His work is defined by close, attentive guidance and meticulous service, from the very first meeting through to the completion of construction, with one clear goal: to bring each client’s dream home to life.

An architect with a B.Arch degree from WIZO Haifa Academy of Design and Education, Noy specializes in clean, precise architectural planning, rooted in a deep understanding of identity, space, and personal narrative.
For over a decade, she has mastered the art of understanding people – reading between the lines – and translating clients’ needs, desires, and unique atmosphere into a language of material, form, and emotion.
The studio focuses on private homes, penthouses, and luxury apartments, offering a holistic design approach from exterior to interior, down to the smallest details.
With a blend of aesthetics, creativity, and uncompromising functionality, every project is given a precise design solution and a natural flow within the space.
