Black nano kitchen combined with ribbed glass
The residents of the project, a couple in their golden years, wanted to move from their large and spacious villa in the south of the country to an urban apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv. Their apartment, located in the Shenkin neighborhood, harmoniously reflects the couple’s lifestyle, blending modern and youthful design with original vintage pieces full of character, adding depth and warmth to the entire home.
The move from the big house, where they had lived for many years, to a central urban apartment was not simple. It was important for the couple to bring along furniture they had collected throughout their shared life and integrate it into the new apartment. In addition, they required plenty of storage solutions and adjustments to the apartment to fit their needs.
The entire apartment was designed in shades of white, black, and gray, with subtle touches of brown from the unique vintage pieces, which stand out against the modern, clean, and calm design.
The kitchen was designed entirely in black and white tones, featuring large storage cabinets finished in nano material and ribbed glass, extending across the entire wall. At the center sits a large island with a porcelain granite countertop, patterned with veins of black, white, and brown, uniting all the colors of the public space. Extending from the modern island is a dining table with vintage chairs, creating a spacious and inviting area for hosting and dining.
