Metallic cashmere lacquer kitchen
For this project, it was important for designer Inbar Menaged to select a kitchen with a calm and serene appearance that would also be practical and beautiful.
The natural choice was a metallic cashmere lacquer kitchen.
“I’m in love with the metallic cashmere finish — it has a kind of sophistication and sheen that’s neither overly shiny nor flashy, which made it a perfect fit for the design concept of this home,” the designer explains.
For the countertops, granite was chosen in a natural stone shade that blends seamlessly with the cabinet color, creating a homogeneous total look between the fronts and surfaces, rather than standing out from them.
The main lighting fixtures in the kitchen are recessed into the drywall beneath the upper cabinets, designed to illuminate the work surfaces. Above the island, pendant lights resembling ice spheres with hints of gold were chosen to add a touch of elegance.
The island chairs were also selected in the dominant shade of the kitchen, further enhancing the cohesive look.

MEET THE DESIGNER
Menaged
Studio Inbar Menaged is an independent business with over 10 years of experience, specializing in the design and planning of luxury residences and apartments, offices, and commercial spaces.
I am a graduate of WIZO Haifa High School, majoring in architecture, as well as the WIZO Continuing Education Program in the field of interior design.
My design process begins with getting to know the clients for whom I design, creating an optimal plan that addresses both aesthetic and functional aspects.
Ergonomics and deep, thoughtful planning are key factors that ensure the final result is nothing less than perfect.
One of the things I can say about myself is my ability to “read people.”
I use intuition and empathy as tools to tailor the design to the residents — to their lifestyle and their needs — just like a tailor fitting a suit perfectly to the body.
