Wood-Look Kitchen in Chocolate Shade with Stone Design Carbon Oak
Have you ever dreamed of living like you’re on vacation?
Of residing in a place where the sea is an inseparable part of everyday life?
The owners of this apartment turned the impossible into reality.
After many years of working at sea in Haifa, they decided to take their love for the ocean one step further and moved into a small yet unique apartment at the Herzliya Marina.
But how do you design a 55 m² apartment so that it feels like a luxurious yacht?
The answer lies in meticulous planning, minimalism, and the use of high-quality, durable materials.
Every centimeter of this home is maximized, from transparent doors that create a sense of openness, to a beautifully designed sink unit placed in the center of the bedroom, like an island in the middle of the ocean.
The result is a warm, inviting home that combines comfort, functionality, and modern design.
It’s the outcome of an exciting design journey, and the final look speaks for itself.
The kitchen fronts are clad in a chocolate-toned wood-look finish, an exclusive Semel material crafted using innovative technology that mimics the touch and appearance of real wood.
As seen in the design, the kitchen and living room are connected and continuous, creating a spacious and open feel.
The same wood-look laminate finish, paired with oven-baked paint, continues across the living room wall, giving the impression of one expansive space.
The kitchen was designed to incorporate all the essential functions needed for a vacation home in an integrated and intelligent way, offering both style and practicality.

The answer lies in meticulous planning, minimalism, and the use of high-quality, durable materials.
Every single centimeter of this apartment was optimized to perfection — from transparent doors that create a sense of openness and space, to a beautifully designed sink unit placed at the center of the bedroom, like an island in the middle of the ocean.

This project was a fascinating design journey, and the final outcome speaks for itself.
