Gray kitchen with natural oak wood
Designer Riki Fernand shares:
“Designing a modern apartment at the foot of the Jerusalem Hills shows us how the world of design is rapidly and determinedly conquering new frontiers. The constant exposure to global innovation and technology inspires me to create a connection between the kitchen and other living areas.”
The use of earth tones with subtle touches of green creates harmony between the interior objects and the mountain landscape visible through the windows.
In modern architecture, the island is the beating heart of the living space, serving as both an additional work surface and storage area.
The countertop is made of Calacatta-look Italian porcelain, offering a clean, timeless appearance along with resistance to heat, scratches, and stains.
The kitchen design is highly functional, directly connected to the living area layout and providing extra seating.
Throughout the design process, a blend of finishing materials was carefully orchestrated to create synergy between all elements of the space.
The use of natural oak wood in both the kitchen and TV wall fosters a dialogue and visual balance, with precise proportions ensuring client satisfaction and the success of Semel Kitchens.
