מDark gray kitchen combined with wood and white marble
This kitchen was designed by the designer for a large family that especially loves to host — making every Shabbat dinner an opportunity for a lavish meal around the island, as well as casual gatherings throughout the week.
The kitchen serves as the heart of the home, where everyone comes together daily to eat, drink coffee, work on laptops, and spend time together. It was essential to create a spacious kitchen that could comfortably accommodate all six family members around the island.
Despite the challenge of a problematic structural column, the design succeeded in creating a roomy island that fits the entire family while still offering a very wide work surface.
The kitchen also includes a hidden door leading to a large and spacious pantry.
In the wall of tall cabinets, positioned between the integrated refrigerators and storage units, there is another hidden doorway leading to the pantry and laundry room, keeping the aesthetic clean and seamless, with uninterrupted black tall cabinet fronts.
The material combination of dark tall cabinets with natural wood fronts for the lower units completes the overall look of the house. The result is a balance between clean and modern and warm and elegant, enhanced with natural stone, colors, and an atmosphere that harmonizes with the Jerusalem mountain landscape.
