Smoked oak veneer kitchen in a dark brown shade
Here is a Tel Aviv apartment that underwent a complete renovation, planning, and redesign from the ground up.
The design concept for this project focused on natural materials, including marble and natural stone surfaces, the use of wood, and exposing the original concrete beam above the kitchen island to add character and authenticity to the space.
The kitchen was designed in a U-shape and features a tall cabinet wall that incorporates the HVAC unit, an integrated refrigerator, pantry, and built-in cabinet. Below the window, lower cabinets house the cooktop, while a large island serves as a seating area, complete with a sink and abundant storage space.
The cabinetry is crafted from smoked oak veneer in a rich dark brown shade, while the countertops are made of natural stone, featuring a unique color palette of pink, orange, gray, and light blue, with each section of the surface displaying a distinct, artistic look.
The island is paired with light pink bar stools and illuminated by a black linear light fixture suspended from the exposed concrete beam, tying together the natural and industrial design elements.
